You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return of your item. Please note that our return policy only applies to items:

• Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• Accompanied by their original packaging in perfect condition and their labels intact.
• Excluding items purchased on sale (non-refundable or exchangeable).

Items that have been used, worn, or had their tags removed, as well as sale items, cannot be returned. In addition, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to make a return:

1. Return period
   You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. Any request made after this period will be refused. Dubai Industry reserves the right to refuse any return deemed unreasonable.
2. Download the return form
   To initiate the process, download and complete the return form available on our website. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return. Insert the completed form in your package. If you want an exchange, specify it on the form.
3. Preparing the package
   Package items in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, unstained, with all tags intact and in their original packaging, properly folded.
4. Costs and shipping
   Return costs are your responsibility. You can return your items via:
• La Poste or Colissimo (France).
• Bpost (Belgium).
• DHL (Germany).
  Returns via Mondial Relay are not accepted.
5. Return processing
   Once we receive your package, we will either issue a refund or send you a new item, depending on your request. If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund of its value will be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
